Programming group of this top-tier financial services company is seeking an experienced senior software developer to work on real-time market data feeds and high performance systems. The
candidate will be responsible for the full development cycle of
implementation. Effective communication skills are vital to this position since frequent interactions with other groups and team members are necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 5+ years experience programming in C++ on UNIX systems
(preferably Solaris). Must have 3+ years experience with XML. Must be a
self-starter who can work independently or within a team. Must be able to follow set development procedures and provide proper design and support documentation for his/her projects. Experience in real-time programming, network protocols, ACE, TAO, Perl, Doxygen, OpenSSL, Xerces, Zlib, CVS and with financial data feeds is a plus.
