Our New York based client is in need of a full-time hire for trading system/order management production support. This individual will effectively work with the Trading/Technology area in support of Fidessa trading systems. The individual must be able to handle a high degree of pressure and be ready to advise and make recommendations for resolutions during outages and their recovery.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in the financial services industry
• Previous production support of a trading system or order management system – preferably Fidessa or Brass
• Strong UNIX scripting experience in a real-time environment
• Knowledge of trading systems and Equity markets essential
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
• College degree required
