Does anyone have available a state machine diagram (e.g. in UML) that describes the possible state transitions for order status (including ‘pending cancel’ and ‘pending replace’)?
Our guys are working on constructing an Automaton to emulate the Order State Change Matrix in the FIX protocol. This will be helpful in constructing engines and removing any kind of ambiguities there might be.
Please feel free to forward any queries that you may have with respect to order state transitions at the moment (since the automaton will take some time to finish).
