After a training period, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of applications on client sites mainly in Europe but also Asia and the US on occasion. You will be responsible for global solutions integration and test environment administration. This is a career development role with extensive product training after which you will be managing complex issues around software integration and configuration. This challenging position will give you the opportunity to work on a large range of software and to use technologies such as CORBA in various environments such as Sun, Windows etc. We are looking for someone with some experience of setting up and optimising Oracle databases as well as working on implementation projects. You have had experience of O.R.B, using NT/Windows network and Unix under Sun Solaris, you have a smattering of network and IP addressing. Knowledge of real time flows (Reuters, GL Trade) and FIX would also be an advantage.
