In the catalog of fields the definition for tag 143 is the same as for 142. Should say "receiver" rather the "originator".

Hi,
TAG 142 (SendersLocationID) 'Originator’
TAG 143 (TargetLocationID) 'Destination=Receiver’
Regards
Stefano Ferrari
I believe this was corrected in the FIX 4.2 Errata released May 1, 2001.
In the 4.2 Errata 20010501:
142: Assigned value used to identify specific message originator’s location (i.e. geographic location and/or desk, trader)
143: Assigned value used to identify specific message destination’s location (i.e. geographic location and/or desk, trader)
