Tag occurs twice in Trade Capture Report in FIX 4.3?

I noticed that in the Trade Capture Report message (FIX 4.3), the tags SettlmntTyp and FutSettDate occur in the main message body AND in the "Sides" repeating group. It was my understanding that such a construction was not allowed in FIX. Does anyone know more about this?

I’ve looked at the document - the SettlmntTpy and FutSettDate fields should only occur once in the main body of the message - not in the “Sides” repeating group.
