Do tags 136, 137, 138 and 139 have to be in the correct order? or does this not matter.

Hello Daren

The count field typically has to be in the start of the Message. With the other fields following the Count field. The count field - NoMiscFees is like the data count / the message length - hence its always advised to have 136 in the start…
