In the example for illustrative purposes enclosed in the reply message of "HOW TO CONSTRUCT FIXML MESSAGE" there is some encapsulating tags (like <Instrument>, <OrderQuantity>)that are not included in the "FIXimate - FIX 4.2 Message and Tag Explorer (XML)". Where can I get the description of those tags?

The "FIXimate - FIX 4.2 Message and Tag Explorer (XML)" you are referring to is a reference tool that presents the contents of the current FIX 4.2 spec which is based upon "traditional" tag=value format but does not address FIXML. The FIXimate reference happens to use XML underneath (automated parsing of the 4.2 Word document into XML files) to facilitate presenting this information.
The FIXML identifiers and related documentation can currently be found within the FIXML working group section. This is work in progress and not yet part of the spec. Specifically refer to the DTDs and Design Rules document.

Go to the FIXML Archive and download the zip file containing the data dictionary.
Instrument and OrderQuantity are high level containers that don’t map directly to FIX tag values.

Where is this zip file located (pardon my ignorance)? I looked at the archives under woking groups and could not find one.
