1- Fixed Income Products – with a emphasis on Agency Bonds, Swaps and Vanilla Swaps. This group trades bonds
2- Technical and Business needs to be strong – they are a windows shop and the development will be in C++ with any relational Database. This person needs to have experience leading in a “Global Environment”
3- The total comp will be 130-140k on the base with a total comp of 250k.

Lead and manage a pricing team in New York and developed a state-of-the-art real time pricing and trading system for US Treasury products and interest rate swaps. The system includes real-time pricing server hosting a slew of pricing models, front-end GUIs for pricing, risking and trading, ECN gateways, and electronic trading auto-quoter. The firm became a market leader in bond market making business three months after the system deployment.
