With experience in developing Trading systems for Stock Exchanges and Brokers. You will define, design, develop and rollout exchange connectivity strategic infrastructure to support STP initiatives for Electronic Trading in the Fixed Income and Equity divisions of this major Global Hedge Fund. Technical skills should include strong C++ development (including MSVC++), C++ API’s, PERL, RDBMS such as Sybase, Informix and Oracle, Unix (Solaris, HP-UX, Linux), FIX Connectivity, 2-3 years connectivity experience (Euronext, Xetra, Eurex, etc) and Fixed Income or Equity Trading programmes. The successful candidate must have a solid work history demonstrating experience of delivering and implementing quality software systems, be educated up to Degree level from a Premier University and able to hold their own in a challenging and dynamic work environment. You will need to have excellent people skills as you will be required to liase with various parties. Salary: £150-350k Package.
