Performance Test Lead with 5+ years of LoadRunner
experience for large scale Java/J2EE and
Websphere web applications. This role will do
both hands on performance testing as well as test
design and planning, script writing, and results
analysis.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Create performance test plans
  • Create performance test cases and scripts
  • Execute performance tests
  • Document and analyze test results
  • Provide recommendations for performance tuning

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of QA and
    Performance Tuning / Testing using LoadRunner

  • Strong knowledge of J2EE Technologies (e.g.
    JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC Drivers)

  • Strong knowledge of Java Application server
    administration / tuning (e.g. WebSphere)

  • Strong knowledge of database administration /
    tuning (e.g. Sybase)

  • Participated in the implementation of
    standardized testing techniques and maintenance
    of test documentation for large-scale ecommerce
    projects

  • Object oriented programming experience in (C#,
    C++ or Java)

  • Communication protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, IIOP

  • Experience with the design and development of
    large scale distributed ecommerce applications

  • Strong understanding of application
    architectures and design patterns

  • Financial services industry experience
