The Reject response or disconnection at the time of SubID mistake or LocID mistake

When unknown SubID or unknown LocID are set to the application message which received, is sending a Reject message right?
Or is disconnection right?
When sending a Reject message is right, what is suitable for RejectReason set to a Reject message?

When fix engine received message from the other, Each fix-eneinge have to check CompID(Sender,Target etc,…).
If CompID isn’t correct, send reject including SessionRejectReason = 9[CompID problem].
