JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor systems throughout the day and conduct outage management
Escalation to developers or infrastructure teams
Communication with the equity business unit
User setup for various applications
Client setups for FIX trading. In depth FIX certification
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous banking industry is not essential for skilled technical candidates
- Extensive experience of Unix/Linux platform, Sybase/SQL and scripting languages
- Experience in Equity trading systems would be beneficial
- Experience in Support, Outage Management, Troubleshooting and Resolution
