Trade Capture Report | Missing Security fields

Hi,

I have a requirement to send a trade capture report to the dealer with following information ,all related to the security.

-First coupon date
-Number of months of issues e.g 3,6,12,24 etc
-On-The-Run Indicator
-Number of time issued,>1 implies reopening
-Is benchmark CUSIP is a When Issued Security:- Can use already registered user define field 6633(BenchmarkSymbolSfx)

I am planning to use component block for all, with user defined valid values for StipulationType (Tag = 233) as i do not find any existing stipulation type matches with these fields.

-Reinstated(YES/NO), For Limit orders , signals whether the trade was to be reinstated after this fill.

Can i use ExecInst(TAG 18) to pass on this information, as there is no predefined valid value for Tag 18 to represent my scenario , I have to add one? 18=H’ Reinstate on system failure or ‘J’(Reinstate on Trading Halt) can not be used in my case.

Just want to validate my approach with experts. Please suggest if there is any existing fields i can use.
