Trade Negotiation Mapping to FIX 4.2 Message

Hi !,

Could any one please help me using the Fix 4.2 Message to perform the following.

For providing all market participants a facility to negotiate trades outside the central quote and order book (Off Market Trade), by this facility the market participants are allowed to negotiate a price or size improvement with a selected group of market participants.
