Our client is looking for a Support Analyst to provide first-line support to the IT team responsible for the support and maintenance of numerous Interest Rate and Equity Derivatives Operations applications. If you are interested, please email me a clean copy of your resume. Thank you.
• BA/BS or equivalent required, prefer degree in Computer Science or
IT related field.
• Experience in supporting critical and time sensitive applications
• Strong knowledge of front to back trade flow/Operations processes desirable
• Strong knowledge of Unix (Solaris, Linux,), RDBMS (Oracle and/or Sybase)
• Experience with scripting languages (csh, Perl) desirable
• Experience of supporting client server based application
• Experience in troubleshooting and escalating technical problems to the appropriate infrastructure team
• Understanding of Derivatives Trading in Investment Banking environment desirable
