Am following up some research on:
"Unsolicited Notices of Execution".

Am trying to find out general info about what these are, how they work, etc…

Original Order could be submitted by phone or any other media, but not Originated by Buy Side FIX engine. Buy Side TS should be able to enter Order into itself than received this Notice, and not to send DK.
