How FIX deals with unsolicited messages/responses?
Is there any specific way to deal with?pls explain in detail…

FIX handles them fine. 
What’s more important is how your application handles them. If you’re on the buy side, and (for example) a broker/dealer sends you an unsolicited order cancelled message, you need your systems to update to reflect that.
