What is the FIX equivalent of "UNSOLICITED UR OUT?
Is it similar to the response to an Order Status Request of a Cancelled Order? Is this related to "NOTHING DONE" message?

There are a few reasons why you’d get an unsolicited UR Out in CMS,
all ultimately saying you order is no longer active. A few are because of an IOC, FOK, OnOpen instruction on an unfilled order, an OnOpen or a verbal cancel request.
I don’t think it’s documented anywhere(it should be) but Cancelled is the appropriate response to
an IOC or FOK; and Expired for an OnOpen (both for unfilled orders).
The end of day Nothing Done roughly equates to
a DoneForDay in FIX as well.
