In FIX 4.4, can a quote be updated by sending a new quote with the same Quote ID or is it necessary to cancel the existing quote and issue a new quote with a new unique Quote ID?
Note that the spec allows cancelling a quote by sending a quote message with the specified Quote ID and zero size and price.
