US-NY-NYC: Trading Systems Development Managers

Financial services firm is seeking Trading Systems Development Managers to catalyze and execute new technology initiatives to dramatically improve the market responsiveness of its Portfolio Trading System. This individual will also be required to collaborate with business development to conceptualize projects and define the evolution/revolution of large, complex, mission-critical systems by leading the design and implementation of new software, including libraries/frameworks, legacy adapters/protocol handlers and distributed client/server applications. Candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate must have 10+ yrs of in-depth systems programming expertise and thorough up-to-date familiarity with all details and tools required for effective Unix C/C++ multi-threaded systems programming, debugging and reverse engineering. Must also have experience with real-time distributed/concurrent systems, network programming, shared memory IPC, transaction processing, DBMS, financial technology, order generation, rebalancing, compliance, duration and portfolio analytics.
