Free feedback: Don’t expect folks who work in global financial institutions to be even able to perform an upgrade of their desktop browser platform.

We decided to have the demo supporting only some browsers to create a great user experience. We think running the demo on IE6 or Firefox 3.6 would provide a disservice to users.
We looked at our analytics and we estimated that a good 75% of our visitors should be capable of running the demo. Unfortunately, you are not one of them.

This is really nice - congratulations. I like especially the View builder and overall ease of use. Just a few quick suggestions:

The main view is labeled “Trade Blotter,” which may or may not match the information presented. What feels right to me is to dynamically change the name of the view to match either the pre-defined views or a user-defined label.

I don’t love the pink (or salmon, or whatever it is) background colors you use to denote an expanded view. I am not even sure you need to change the background color. You have a nice, visual separation in your tree structure already.

Axis labels in the chart widget: displaying seconds in the full-time-period view degrades legibility and just generally doesn’t help the user; alternating between “m” and “k” on the y-axis forces the user to do too much work (just be consistent in your scaling and that should solve the problem).

In the chart widget, until it has the cursor focus, the “P&L” feature is empty; would be better to populate it with data on opening.

You need more separation between the P&L items in the chart view; they run together and are hard to parse; also, biggest complaint, it isn’t obvious what they mean or how they work with the hover feature in the chart.

Provide a “close” gizmo for the chart; I had to work to figure out how to close it.

The chart title needs better visual separation between the domain (e.g., profit and loss) and the instrument.

It isn’t obvious what would happen if I click one of the icons on the right (Facebook, etc.), and they occupy too much of my attention as the user.
Overall impression is positive - nicely done. I trust you will enable it to work with real-time data at some point? Best of success with it.
