This role is for a team leader within the FIX Deployment and Testing team
The team is responsible for working with the business Electronic Execution Team, IT teams, and the external client to manage the testing and deployment of FIX based technology to external front office clients. The technology covers electronic order capture, single orders, Lists and DMA, order status reporting, execution reporting, allocations and IOIs.
This high-profile role will require candidates to have previous experience of managing a team along with both IT and business skills to enable them to operate effectively with internal teams and external client organizations.
Excellent communication skills are essential together with a desire to learn.
