When the OrigClOrdID is required?

The FIX specification says, that in the Execution Report message the OrigClOrdID is "Conditionally required for response to an electronic Cancel or Cancel/Replace request (ExecType=PendingCancel, Replaced, or Canceled)". What about ExecType=PendingReplace? This is also a response to an electronic Cancel/Replace request.
