Where can the details of FIX support for the Chinese STEP protocol be found?

The FIX 5.0 Specification summary page includes the following note:
Other enhancements include:
…
Chinese STEP 1.0 support are enhancements required by the Chinese exchange markets who are utilizing FIX.

Where can I find the details of what enhancements were made?

I tried searching the 7 FIX-5.0_SP2 volumes with adobe but it could only find “STEP” in a title about step-outs. Curiously, even though I cut that text right from the page indicated, when I tried “Chinese STEP” in the fixtradingcommunity.org search it returns no results.
