According to the reporting timeframe on the EMSA website, “Instrument reference data collection, provisions to NCAs and publication” was due to commence on 01 June 2017. Does anyone know where the data is published?
The data is not being published yet. The FIX MiFID Reference Data Group has recently received the following from ESMA on this topic: “Following the go-live in mid-July 2017, the decision whether and when (ahead of 3 January 2018) ESMA would start publishing reference data is still to be discussed and decided upon with National Competent Authorities.”
