Software Quality Management Associate
Top financial firm, downtown NYC
Primary Responsibilities include:
End to end testing of order entry system.
Unit, user acceptance, performance, and regression testing on new software.
Report and manage software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle
Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases
Provide Level 2 support for Market Operations
Skills required:
Candidate must meet the following criteria:
1-3 Financial Industry experience (stocks and options) with Order Entry systems, trading systems, or derivative exchanges.
1-3 years in Quality Assurance testing - Knowledge of the Software Development Life-Cycle. Familiarity with process and procedures as they pertain to test and industry standards.
Experience working with the following: Unix, FIX
Must be self-starter and have the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking required.
