Suggest you contact the exchanges and regulatory institutions themselves directly for the most up to date regulations.

I know very little about trading regulation in India, however had heard at least in the past, the regulations were onerous! That may account for why algo trading in India has been non existant. However, with DMA that situation may be evolving.
