In an allocation message where does one put Clearer & Trader Information
does it go in PartyRole block or NestedParties or NestedParties2

The executing broker belongs in tag 448 PartyID in the ‘order details’ section of the Allocation Instruction message. The clearing broker is part of the settlement instructions component block (within the allocation accounts section of the Allocation Instruction message), tag 782 SettlPartyID (with a 784 SettlPartyRole = 28)
