i want to know:-

What is Allocation?

Hi,
Allocations are the most important aspect of a trade where the executed orders are allotted to the various client accounts.
Say for instance, A,B,C are clients trading thro’ D who is a buy side firm. D trades thro’ a sell side firm E. E trades with the exchange for D and sends the executed orders which will be allotted to the accounts of A,B & C by D either directly or by using the services of E or other brokers.
