Hello,
Can bust execution be handled by FIX 4.0. There’s definition on FIX 4.2 SPEC on how to handle bust execution but not on FIX 4.0 Spec.
What should be the proper FIX 4.0 format when handling bust execution?

Should D35 (FIX 4.2 Order change matrix) be used as a reference?
