ClearingInstruction (tag 577) proposed enumerations:
11 - Qualified Service Representative - Agreement between two firms to submit a locked in trade to the clearing corporation. Trade will be submitted by one firm for both counterparties. An agreement between two parties for one party to submit the trade report to clearing (need to shorten text)
12 - Customer Trade
13 - Self clearing
