Leading global investment bank have an exceptional role for an individual to head up their client interface support & development team.
In effect this position is for an ‘on-boarding’ manager: an individual who can take a fresh client and ‘hold their hand’ through the connectivity, certification, testing & reporting stages and deliver back to the business a fully prepped educated client who is ready go live.
In addition to performing the above role this person will also act as the central liaison point between clients, trade desks & Front Office IT: giving system demos; client meetings; requirements gathering etc.
This is a management position - you must have previous team lead or management experience with previous responsibility for production control & change management.
Ideally you will have some experience of SQL (design & build) reports.
This is a permanent position.
