Customer Integration Specialist

2 positions have become available as a Customer Integration Specialist to join our Integration Services group. The positions will be located in New York City and Chicago. This successful candidate will join a customer oriented team that assists and supports clients in integrating their technology with eSpeed primarily through our proprietary API. This role will include managing customer integration projects as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with customer technical personnel. Candidates should be customer service oriented and feel comfortable proactively contacting clients as well as being responsive when handling and solving client related issues.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills
  • C++ knowledge
  • Knowledge and understanding of electronic trading
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in financial industry

Preferred skills:

  • C#, Java, .net, COM, or Visual Basic experience
  • Previous customer service role
