Does anyone know where I can get hold of a listing of enhancements from 4.0 to 4.2?

The "Release Notes" which accompany each version (4.1 and 4.2 in this case) provided an itemized list of the specific changes since the prior version.

Also take a look at "FIX and FIXML Training Class 20010226 - Part 2 of 4" within "More Information", "Presentations". This is a presentation which Ryan Pierce gave several years ago and focuses on transitioning between 4.0 and 4.1 and 4.2.
