The Market Data Optimization Group is pleased to announce that there will be a FAST Technical Summit on Monday, October 31st from 2PM-5PM ET (the day before the FPL Electronic Trading Conference – registration for this is separate). The summit will provide insight into the technical aspects of the FAST Protocol as well as discuss practical concerns for putting it into use.
Agenda is as follows:
- Architectural and Design Review
- FAST Tutorial and Pseudo-code walk through
- Maximizing Compression and Minimizing Latency
- “How-to” discussion for planned implementations
