In the “Older Versions of FIX Protocol Specification Documents” located at http://www.fixprotocol.org/specifications/fixspecs-older FIX.4.0 is missing. I am unsure if this an omission due to error or if FIX.4.0 is not considered an Obsolete FIX version.

Mahesh, FIX 4.0 is listed under “Application Level Specifications”.
