FIX Analyst - FX Front Office - Investment Banking
Joining this leading U.S Investment Bank you will join a team of developers working within FX Front Office client connectivity supporting and developing the FIX protocol. This is an opportunity to work closely with the trading desk and liaising with clients to develop and enhance the FIX connectivity for order routing and electronic trading. This is an extremely dynamic and high profile area of the bank with a large number of projects to be undertaken in the near future.
Ideally you will have an in-depth knowledge of FIX connectivity, order routing and electronic trading working in a front office environment ideally within FX markets. Additional experience of integration testing of new client and platform connectivity with network experience (TCP/IP, firewalls etc…) and experience with Unix/Linux operating systems would be particularly beneficial. Development experience using C and Java and scripting exposure (Perl/ksh) would also be very beneficial to your application.
