position is in midtown NYC and can go ft/perm or cns.
Duties:
· FIX end to end connectivity testing experience
· Knowledge of FIX protocols, tags - ability to write code to test FIX protocalls
· Experience with trading systems, ECNs, program trading a must
· Ability to write, execute and update test scripts and manage a junior FIX tester
· Financial knowledge a must.
· VB or Python knowledge will help.
· Write scripts to encapsulate developer libraries to test FIX packets.
· Automate FIX testing with in-house simulators
Education and Experience Required:
· At least 4 years of White box testing experience a must.
· Must have experience managing FIX QA team
· Must have coding experiences.
