Introducing FIXinsight (https://www.fixinsight.com/) – a free service for securely storing and making sense of your FIX logs.
FIXinsight uses FIX logs to replay a trading session, allowing anyone - not just a FIX expert - to step through the days trading, moving back and forward in time, reconstructing the state of the order book at any instant. You can also track the execution history of any order or fill. For those that are interested, it is possible to drill down to the fully decoded details of each individual FIX message, field and value.
You can also use FIXinsight as a simple decoder for FIX messages. Just paste the FIX messages into a file and upload it. FIXinsight will decode any type of FIX message – not just orders and trades – including messages with custom message types, fields or values. Standard messages, fields and values link directly to the relevant FIXwiki (http://fixwiki.org/) pages.
FIX logs typically contain more than just the FIX messages themselves – for example, timestamps and other system or proprietary information. However FIXinsight can find and extract the FIX messages from any form of log.

The free level of use is designed to make FIXinsight completely free for small buy and sell side firms and the average FIX developer.
There is also a paid level of use which has a higher daily upload allowance and unlimited storage of your logs on Amazon’s highly secure S3 service.
For both the free and paid plans, FPL members and their employees receive double the standard allowances. FPL members are identified by their email addresses being registered with FPL. If you are an employee of an FPL member firm, ask your administrator to add your email address to the FPL website. It costs your firm nothing. You can find the name of your administrator(s) by clicking on your firm’s name at http://www.fixprotocol.org/members/. At the bottom of that page you will see the names of your firm’s “Group admins”.
