The FIX Global Technical Committee (GTC) announces the availability of Playlist Version 1.0.1, fixing some errors detected in Version 1.0. See the GTC blog for details. The comprehensive User Guide has been updated accordingly.
Playlist is a tool to visualize an Orchestra XML reference file and reduce it to a subset exported into a new Orchestra XML file. Playlist is not a FIX validation tool, hence it relies on the correctness of the reference file and the FIX knowledge of the user. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the proper selection of fields required by FIX.
