We are currently looking for a senior technology specialist who has in-depth experience with developing, supporting and building High Frequency Trading systems for multiple markets. This is an extremely specialist role and we are looking for candidates who are industry leading within this field. You will be still hands-on (C++, UNIX), but you must also have acquired many years experience of leading cutting edge teams (Developers and Quantitative Developers) and be able to work on the desk directly with traders. This is very much a Front Office role. You must have truly excellent knowledge of the business. I am looking for candidates who specialise either in Equities, Fixed Income or FX. My Client is completely open to what business product this person comes from. What is most important is that you have managed the development of a highly complex and robust high frequency trading systems. The remuneration of offer should be used as an indication of the type of candidates we seek. Although we are searching for the person to head up this entire group, our client is also extremely keen to see résumé’s of candidates who would like to be part of this team in a development capacity.
