How to communicate minimum order size and max order for a specific product using SecurityList

We want to communicate minimum and maximum allowable order quantities for our products using SecurityList (y).  We have defined some products (specific SecurityID [48]s) as block trading products as we will run a central order book just for blocks.  We intend to use MinTradeVol [562] and MaxTradeVol [1140] to accomplish this. However, the tag definition for MaxTradeVol [1140] suggests that it should be used to indicate the smallest size for block trades, hence our confusion. 

Can we just use MinTradeVol [562] and MaxTradeVol [1140] for our block products such that MinTradeVol [562] might be set to 25 and MaxTradeVol [1140]set to 99,999. 

We do plan to put these into a FIX 4.4 instrument block even though MaxTradeVol [1140] is FIX 5.0 EP42 tag.
