Identify dark instruments within a SecurityList message ?

Hi All,

If I wanted to indentify a tradable instrument as dark (as specified by MiFID) within a SecurityList message, what is the advisable method in order to configure this?

I was thinking perhaps to use tag 210 (MaxShow) and setting this attribute to 0 to indicate a dark security and 1 to indicate a visible security.

I would like to implement this in FIX 4.4; does FIX 5.0 offer such capabilities?
