Which one of the messages should be used for Order mass cancel flow?

The FIX5.0 model flow in the best practices document currently uses OrderMassCancelRequest & OrderMassCancelReport but FIX5.0 specification supports Order Mass Action Request and Order Mass Action Report messages which are more flexible and allow other actions (e.g. suspend)
