This is a role for a FIX Support Analyst who would like to take a step up the career ladder. You will have a good working knowledge of the FIX 4.x protocol, with previous experience of FIX in B2B implementations. You will ideally have worked with Futures exchange interfaces (MISS/WS, LIFFE Connect, Globex etc), plus have a strong customer focus attitude. Other essential technical experience:- Windows NT/2000/XP; network /firewall architectures. You will be expected to project manage technical implementations, as well as providing escalation support.
