Just a quick note on List Status and List Status Request messages.
My personal experience of the market over several years now, is that there doesn’t seem to have been a large uptake on their use compared to say, the List Cancel message.

I’d be interested in hearing whether other peoples experience is the same.

I would agree - In some cases, even List Execute can be superfluous as many sell-sides only support “non-disclosed” model with immediate execution. The messaging for for lists, after submission seems to be largely at the single order level (except cancellations, as you point out).
