If a logon is received (by the sell side) with a message no lower than the last message processed by the sell side, should the logon be rejected?

I’m not sure I understand “a message no lower than the last message processed”. Are you saying that MsgSeqNum equals the last one processed? If that is the case then “MsgSeqNum lower than expected” as the “expected” would be (last processed + 1).
