More fix 4.3, specification errors

In going through the fix 4.3 spec, I’ve found the following errors:

Order Message:

2 Fields (Product and Price2) assigned the same tag (460). Price2 should have tag 640 Fix specification

OrderModificationRequest Message:

2 Fields (Product and Price2) assigned the same tag (460). Price2 should have tag 640 Fix specification

TradeCaptureReportRequest Message:

2 Fields (SenderSubID and Side) assigned the same tag (50). Side should have tag 54 Fix specification

ExecutionReport Message:

2 Fields (CFICode and LastForwardPoints2) assigned the same tag (461). LastForwardPoints2 should have tag 641
