In the fix 4.2 spec there is mention of the possibility of adding a date to the ClientOrderId of an order to make possible unique identification of orders over multiple days. This would seem to make more sense as a seperate field. In the Order Cancel/Replace, Order Status and Order Cancel orders it would make some sense to have a field which is Submitted Date so that a look-up can be done based on ClientOrderId and Date together as a unique identifier. This is a suggestion for future releases of the spec. An unrequired submitted date would make order retrieval much simpler.
